Multiple Project Scorecard

In our organization projects in each portfolio would be scored/prioritized differently depending on the department. We would like to have a project scorecard capability per portfolio. In addition, we would like the ability to associate more than one project scorecard to a project. For example, one scorecard could be purely for business reasons and the other could be for IT alignment. In addition, we would like to have scorecard values baselined at the beginning of a project and re-evaluated at the end of the project. This would give us the data to say, that revenue generating project that we thought would deliver $500K per year in benefit actually delivered $1M per year.
