Historical Work Hours Remaining / "Backlog" Hours

Have a function to enable historical reporting on Work Hours Remaining. For example, be able to see how much work remaining there was from the start of the year to today, and track those trends over years. This would allow visibility on simple things such as "we always get really busy in June and have plenty of work through to November, but in December we always slow down a little." That way we can track our anticipated workload year after year, month after month.

Work Hours Remaining is already tracked, we just need that number to be saved at X intervals in order to be able to report on it historically.
