Import from JIRA

Right now, the only ways to bulk import from JIRA are based on Epic and entire JIRA Project.  Would be helpful to be able to import based on sprint, based on Fix Version (would be part of the one PI Project to Many JIRA Items sync) as well as to maybe import a CSV or spreadsheet of JIRA ID's to import into the project.  It would save us a TON of time every 6 weeks in getting our releases set up
