Zero Hour Entry Restriction

We are allowed to make zero hour entry in Time Entry Worksheet, which seems okay. However, we should not be allowed to SUBMIT a zero hour entry.

I find a lot of instances when users submitted zero hour entry which does not seem ok.

Is there any plan to add an 'Enable Minimum hours option' for a single entry also, just like we have 'Time Sheet Minimum' and Time Sheet Minimum Daily Hours?
