A new Cross Project TASK Gantt chart

The Task report and Task Assignment reports should have a Gantt option that splits the table and adds a Gantt representation of each line item's start date and end date.

This will compare where the tasks overlap between projects. Could be used for resourcing and visualization of the tasks.

  We are happy to announce that the PI Development team has this feature in the "shop" and we plan to have it ready in early Q1 of 2022.
