Multiple Users assigned to todo's and issues

Hi,

I am using the todo function as a way to assign and communicate with the client user. I would like to have the option to add a user and be able to assign multiple users to one todo. 


Please keep this request noted and let me know if you have plans for dev in the future on this request.
