API Request to link the "File-Item" (Documents) to the Project

I would like to be able to match a guid from the "api/file-item/search?" to the "id" guid from the "api/project/search?"  Currently, there is no link, unless you want to loop through each Project ID in the load script.  This would be very inefficient and resource intensive.

This would allow me to list out all files or documents related to a particular project in a report.  This report will be used as a checklist to make sure all documentation is included before closing the project.
