Not syncing with Jira

Jira integration with PI shows all statuses green under "Integration Map Errors." Jira "PI Integration for JIRA - Config" statuses are all green as well.

My Home Screen in PI shows no projects. How do I get these projects into PI?

  Hello Wes and those using Jira,

  Projects will not automatically sync from Jira to Project Insight. You need to sync these projects manually.

  First, you'll need to Add a Project in Project Insight. 

  Then sync your Jira Project and PI project:

  

  
  For example: If you select one Jira project to one Project Insight project, you'll need to use the Edit menu to access your "PI Connections." Select the name of the Jira project you'd like to sync, and save to see those tasks come from Jira.
