Highlight a project if last comment is out of date

If the last comment on the status of a project is older than 14 days, I would like Project Insight to provide an indication that the comment is out of date. Maybe highlight the row on the project grid. The intent is to have an indicator to project reviewers on whether the PM is keeping the project information updated.
