Resource Peak Loading % in Task List view

When in a project and viewing task list there is currently the option to select viewing the "Resources" column. When this column is selected, it shows the resources names and their percent loading for this task over the duration specified. This % loading is not cross-task or cross-project loading so may not be particularly useful.

The problem we run into is when a resource is used across multiple projects and multiple tasks, they frequently get over allocated. May we have a task list column selection that is something like "Resource Peak Loading"? This would show each resource and the peak cross-project cross-task loading % for any day between the task start and end dates. Along with the percentage, the resource could turn red if over allocated on any given "peak" day.

This would allow a scheduler or PM to immediately see conflicts as any project schedule is updated.

  Hi Bill,

  We wanted to send over a couple links that we recently created that may be of help. In PI you can set Allocation Max limits in which PI will send alerts if a Resource is overallocated when they are getting assigned tasks. Please see these videos below:
