Changing logo of notification email

How can I  change the logo in the notification email? Currently, there is a Project Insight Logo but I would like to use the one of my company?

  Wait! There's a faster way!!! If you only want to change the logo on the template, then use a combination of the Image Uploader in Themes and the Notification Settings.

  Follow the steps to upload your image and then use that URL in the Notification Logo box:
