View Option to Not See Time Stamps

Can a view option be created to remove the hour after start and end times?

  Hi Cheryl, 

  To clarify, are you asking how to remove the hour from the Start and End dates on the task list and reports? This type of modification can be made by a System Administrator by using the Culture & Interface Labels feature. In this article below, the video shows how to remove the Hours and/or Minutes.

  Hi Dylan,

  I don't want to remove the hour from everything as if we do partial days for a task it could throw off the schedules and we wouldn't see where we went wrong.  We export the schedule for our Proposals/ to share with clients and the hour stamp doesn't look good and ends up being formatted out so having a view option that gets rid of it would be helpful.  Does that make sense?

  Hey Cheryl,

  Thank you for your clarification, since you do not want to remove the hour from the schedules, a quick and easy option would be to make the change once the data is exported into an excel file. Once the data is exported, highlight the two columns for Start and End date and in the Home > General option, choose Short Date. This will change all of the data for Start and End dates to dates only without Hours.
