Make "Reset Task Numbers" option available in Project Gantt Chart view

If you are on the Gantt Chart view of a project and you try to "Reset Task Numbers" under the Tools drop down menu, the option is not there. However, this option is available under Tools when you are on the Task List view, it would be a nice feature to have this option on the Gantt Chart view as well.
