Bulk Task Editing to include Custom Fields

We have several custom fields that need to be updated on several hundred (possibly thousand) tasks. We would like to have the ability to edit custom fields on tasks in bulk. PI Support has stated that this would get more visibility and possibly more interest should it be upvoted in the forum. We welcome all feedback.

  Hi Jeremy,

  We appreciate your feedback! After consideration, development did include this feature in the latest release as noted in the 18.10.0 Release Notes. 

  If you navigate to the Administration tab > User Defined Fields > Tasks to then either edit your existing custom fields or add a new one, you will have this option as a check box under "Advanced" settings of the custom field. The check box shown in the screenshot below, "Bulk Editable," will allow you to achieve the functionality you are looking for.
