Notification to Project Managers of Potential Unavailability of Project Resource

In our area a user is notified of jury duty and they must be available for service to the courts from 2 weeks to 1 month depending on the area. They are only required to come in if their number is picked for the next day. 
We can let the PM's know that a user may not be available upon short notice for the duration of the jury duty.
