How to view all users?

When I go to Administration > Users in the UI, I only see about 2 dozen users, when I know we have well into 3 digits worth of users.  How can I see all of the user accounts?  I am an administrator, so I should have all the access I need.

  Thank you for this observation, Kevin. It's most likely that there is a filter applied to your page view and there is no indication of that filter without using the Display Options found in the upper-right. The most common filter for administrators is for only active users and resources so as not to have the list cluttered with users who are no longer used on projects, for example former employees.
