We would like a shortcut combination to quickly grab the ID + Description

We would like to use a shortcut (i.e. Ctrl+Shift+c) to automatically grab the active ID+description.  It would than put the unique ID (of either the task or issue) plus the description onto your clipboard.  You can than easily paste this into a chat window, email, or release notes.

For example, while viewing an issue, if I select Ctrl+Shift+C, the following is put in my clipboard:
