User not showing up on Task from JIRA

We have a new user that started this week and using the PI Connector to JIRA, we have added him to the Task within JIRA. However his name does not come over to PI… I have tried a different trigger (Date Change) and that work… could there be some issue with user account within PI?

  The user must be mapped in the "Map JIRA Users to PI Users".  You can find this by going to your Administration section in the left navigation and then clicking "Your Apps & Add Ons". 

  

  Then click on PI Integration for JIRA ON Premise to expand your options, then click Configure.
  
  Here in the Configuration page you can click the link "Map JIRA Users to PI Users" to view all your Proposed Users and Mapped Users.  You will see the word Mapped for users that have been mapped and "proposed" for users that have been proposed as a user to map from JIRA to Project Insight.  Click the edit icon to either edit the PI User to map with the JIRA user or click save to accept the Proposed mapping.
