Project Priority related improvement
- Bulk update task duration based on priority. Use case: Our team create three project templates to define a process/project with priority P1, P2, P3, with 1 being the highest priority (see fig. 1). Each templates contains the same predefined tasks but in different duration base on its priority level. (e.g. task in p1 template has shorter task duration than in p2 as p1 is considered a higher priority.) There is a case where a project was initially started with p2, then later been requested to upgrade to p1. Our challenge is that users has to manually change the task duration one at the time to match the duration predefined in p1 template. User is wondering if there is an way to bulk update the duration by referencing a specific template.
- Display project priority in the display section. e.g.:
- In addition to the previous request, project can be displayed sorted by priority level. e.g.:
Parent Folder:
P1 - Test Project 1
P1 - Test Project 2
P2 - Test Project 1
P3 - Test Project 1
P3 - ....................

Hi Junpei,
Currently, there is no feature that will automate the process you described. So i have moved this to our feature request forms, but in the meantime the only way to do this currently is to do a bulk edit and you can change the duration of the selected tasks to certain number of days.
Thank you
