On Premise JIRA is not connecting to my Project Insight SaaS site?

If you are connecting your On-Premise JIRA to your Project Insight instance, your own security or Firewall setting might be preventing our Project Insight servers from connecting, to allow our Web Servers to connect please allow the following IP Address range to communicate with your On-Premise JIRA server.
