No evidence of integration on JIRA

We are currently testing out the integration between PI and JIRA. We’ve done the on prem installation for the integration. Everything is working in Project Insight for the integration, but nothing seems to have changed on JIRA. I can use the Save & Re-sync feature on PI with the default settings, but if I check “Automatically add all tasks from Project in PI into JIRA” there’s a bug and it won’t work. Did we miss a step/setting on JIRA?

  Hi Stephen,

   

  First thing I would recommend checking is the the permissions of the Integration user has full access by going doing the following:

  1. In your left navigation go to "Your Apps & Add Ons" under Administration section.
  2. Next click on "PI Integration for JIRA ON Premise and then Click Configure button.
  3. Now click Check Permissions
     
  4. No make sure that every result is True after click Check Permissions.

  I've done this and all of the permissions are marked as true. I'm using our test site when I get this issue, would that have anything to do with it?

  It's your Project Insight test site that is connecting to your JIRA On-Premise?
