Want to submit time to an issue

Would like to be able to submit and log time against an issue

  Time entry for an issue was added into the latest release as a preview feature. It requires that time is entered directly into the issue on the detail view of that single issue. It is not currently available for making a new entry using any of the other time entry interface options. Once time is entered to an issue, it is available on the time entry worksheet to review and edit prior to submitting to a time sheet for approval.
