Change the title bar of the report to be the report name first

When viewing a report, there are various levels which prevent the actual name of the report from being seen.  For example, if I have two internet tabs open, I can only see 'Reports - Project Reports', I don't see the actual report name so I can distinguish between the two tabs I have open.
