Default Start/End Dates in the Task List - Shouldn't default to Project Start

Would like to see default task start and end dates be more logical.  It appears like they are defaulting to the project start date, so if you add in a task 2 months after the project start date, it will default back 2 months in time.  Would like to see at least the end date be moved to something more current.

  This has been completed with the addition of a New Constraint Type: 

  Use the As Soon As Possible - ASAP after Task Created Date constraint as the default constraint to use the date you create the task.
