Dashboard links within Reports opening within iFrame

Dashboard links within Reports opening within iFrame, some links will work such as clicking on a task link within a Task Report but clicking on other links such as a Project link in a Task Report on the dashboard will open the project within the iFrame.  The same is true when updating a task within a Task Report on the dashboard, clicking any link within the Work Status Dialogue Box layer will cause the action to open within the iFrame and not the browser window.
