Task Additonal Info: make parent task description a tab, rather than in-line

I like that the parent task Additional Info descripton is embedded in the child task, but i would prefer if this were a tab so that there is a clear dilineation. The first time I saw this in the child task, it was confusing until I edited the Additional Info field. Plus, I will likely have a lengthy description of requirements in the parent task.

Also, the current behavior  is that all the attachments in the parent task are copied to the child. This is unnecessary… and could be confusing for the same reasons. Tasks track progress, and therefore any attachments should be representative of the progress, or iteration, design thinking, etc.

Otherwise its a great idea, and I only have to write the requirements once, and can assign tasks to various team members, and they all have the same info.
