Task Display popup (accessed from Reports): Open "view" and "edit" commands in NEW tab instead of CURRENT tab

When clicking on a task in a resource allocation report (or any report that gives you this handy popup):

Have these buttons Edit and View OPEN IN A NEW TAB instead of the same tab:

Opening in the same tab is NOT helpful because it navigates you AWAY from the report you're trying to look at, and, regardless if you've made changes to the task or not, now you have to rerun that report, and especially if your report is long, that additional time is wasted.

Opening in a NEW tab keeps your report STILL open (yay!) and lets you make any changes to it and quickly come back to your report WITHOUT having to rerun your report to see it again. You'll have to rerun the report to refresh it after your changes, but still--it's nice to have the OPTION and not be forced to rerun if you don't want to.
