Resource Report: Add dependencies panel to Task Display popup

Because we allocate so tediously EVERY DAY, we depend on the Dependencies information to make sure we assign tasks appropriately.

Please add the task's Dependencies panel to the Task Display popup:

This is the key information we need to find at-a-glance:

This is why we often click to open tasks in a new tab: so we can easily see the dependencies of that task.

  In fact, being able to customize the Task Display popup and the Project Display popup (on reports, esp. Resource Allocation reports) with custom fields or whatever data we'd like to pull in would be fantastic!
