Add Resource Types as Entities for Auto-Alert Notifications

Hi there,

We'd love it if auto-alert notifications could use our user-defined resource types as entities.  Our projects span multiple roles and departments, and using PI's built-in project roles doesn't really give us the level of control we'd like to target task-specific notifications to certain people in our workflow.

We could do this by targeting notifications to specific users, of course, but the amount of time it would take to spin up a new project would be prohibitive if we were to redefine that many alerts for each new project.  Since we already use resource types for task assignment purposes, they'd be a perfect fit for the kind of targeted notifications we'd like to have.
