Add "licenses paid for" to system usage

System usage (# of licenses) doesn't do much good without looking up the # of licenses we've paid for - adding a simple "/ out of ___" to active users & power users would be nice!

  Good point, Nathan! We're actively working on this one.It's part of a larger effort to get accounting data more tied in with customer contract information and make it available to customers inside the application.
