Default Project Folders

We quite often have to create new templates or make adjustments to ALL our templates (we have many).

At the very least having a set "documents" section that we could modify on the fly to apply to any new project being created would help with that immensely

- for example, setting an alert on a document folder would be one click rather than one click x our template #.
