User Type
If a PI user goes from been a user type "contractor" to "employee" (or what ever the case might be) the historical data should not change to reflect the current setting.

This is a major issue for our company. It changes all records to the updated "Employee" type and doesn't show when the conversation happens.

Could we programmatically set a custom Time Entry data field to a specific value that requires a user profile lookup on the User Type field? This would allow each time entry to post whether the user was an employee or contractor on each time entry using the time entry data field instead of the user profile lookup of the User Type field.
