Turn Comments into Tasks

We all agree that comments in PI are cool. The new @mention in comments, even better! 

What if PI allowed users to turn any of these collaborative comments into tasks.... AMAZING!!!

This will allow users to create and assign a task in a comment without wasting time on creating a whole new task. Yeah, we have the good old copy and paste from comment to task, blah, blah, blah... but who has time for that?
