Add ability to reset task numbers for a project

Right now the task #'s get "out of order" really quickly especially when using add tasks from a template, you move tasks around in the project or when you build out a project starting by adding all top level summaries and then filling ou the tasks below.

This feature would be in the tools menu and be similar to the "Auto-Calculate WBS" feature.  Basically it would reset all task numbers to be in sequential order.

  This feature has been added! Use the Tools menu from within a task list and click the "Reset Task Numbers" option from the drop-down selections.
