Time Entry for Issues

I would like to see the ability to enter and post time against issues. This is available in some competing products and is very useful. Many PS firms often need to track time spent on issues separately from project tasks. In addition, the ability to track time on issues allows the use of issues as a mini help desk system. The lack of any form of ticketing or help desk capability makes PI fall short of being a full fledged PSA application.

  This request was completed in preview as of release 18.9.0 as well as the ability to enter time against To-Dos and Custom Items. Time cannot be added to these items on the Time Entry Worksheet yet, these steps are outlined in the Time Entry for Issues (Preview) article.
