From any Project, open Meeting Minutes under Project Views
Click + Meeting Minute to start a new record.

Enter a Meeting Title, Date, and Attendees.
Use the Discussion Summary field to outline topics covered or paste AI-generated summaries (e.g., from Zoom, Otter, or PI’s AI companion).

As you discuss, add Action Items, Decisions, Issues, or Risks directly from the minutes.
Assign owners, due dates, and priorities on the spot—no re-entry required.
Each Task added automatically links to the project plan for tracking.
