Fixes

Fixed the issue that was causing Projects, Project Requests and Proposal default to house in the "Uncategorized" folder upon creation and give no option to go into a different Parent Item. Now the default folder will be no selection and you can choose the folder.

• Choose the default folder by going to Add-Ons > Folder Organization configure and choose what item type you want to configure

Client users can now see their work items assigned to them, and even if they don't have anything assigned to them their Dashboard is fixed upon logging in.

Fixed Gantt Chart display bugs for Chrome and Edge Windows 10.

Fixes and modifications to the Project Request form:

• The Project Type field will not appear when it is disabled on the Project Request configuration page
• The Description field is now honored as "required" when so indicated
• Fixes to the Project Request default Folder

Comments will no longer lose content when @mentioning and editing the comment.

When choosing to Add - File and uploading an "empty" file, you can now easily upload a different file without leaving the page. 

Using the 2 Tier Time Sheet Approval, if an Approver cancels another Approver's approval, the Time Sheet will now start over and go back to the submitter
