Before we begin: "Money" is a strange term to use, but not all PI work spaces are in dollars (due to international currencies). For the purposes of this article, "Money" means hours multiplied by the rate or Actual/Billable Totals.

The following charts explain who can see actual/billable hours (these are time entries) and billable money (costed/priced out hours and non-labor costs):

Can I Restrict Visibility Further?

Yes, you can restrict visibility for PMs further if you wish.

1. If you haven't already done so, install the Project Budgets Add-on
2. Click the [Configure] button for the Project Budgets Add-on
3. Scroll down to the Actual & Billable Hours and Money Visibility Rules section on the page (it's the last section)
   
   
4. The last 4 options on the section restrict PMs from seeing some combination of:
   • Actual cost
   • Billable hours
   • Billable totals
   • Invoiced amounts
5. Select the restrictions you want for your company and [Save]
