Project Baseline

To enable Baselines, you may need to launch the Project Baselines Add-On.

Project baselines track schedule changes by taking a "snapshot" of project's fields when the PM saved the baseline.

From within your project, select the Edit icon > Project Baselines:

Save a baseline

• Enter a name for the baseline in the Set Project Baseline input box
• Click Create New Baseline

Display baselines in Reports

• Reports display whichever baseline set to Current
• Choose a different baseline for baseline reporting using the Set as Current hyperlink
• Quick Tip: The exception is Project Reports may display all baselines (not only the current baseline)

Display baselines in Task List and Gantt Chart

Use columns or row settings in the Page Display Options.
